• Contact details — your name and email address when you take the Magnet Score, register for an online workshop, request the Advisor Marketing Resource Kit, or contact us.
• Assessment responses — your answers and resulting score when you complete the Magnet Score, which we use to deliver and explain your result.
• Bonus-claim details — if you claim a book bonus, the order number you provide so we can verify the purchase and deliver the bonus.
• Anything you send us directly, such as questions submitted for a workshop.

03Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. • Send you emails about our books, assessments, workshops, the Boot Camp, and coaching programs. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out stops marketing messages (we may still send transactional emails, such as delivering something you requested).
• Operate, secure, and improve the site, and understand which pages and ads perform.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

05How we share information

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that run parts of the site and our marketing on our behalf — for example, our website, CRM, and email platforms, scheduling tools, and payment or event systems — under obligations to protect your information.
• Analytics and advertising partners, as described in Sections 3 and 6.
• Authorities or advisors where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights and safety.
• A successor business if we merge, are acquired, or transfer assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

Our sites are intended for financial professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our pages link to sites we do not operate — for example, Amazon for book purchases. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

We are located in the United States and process information there. If you access the site from another country, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
