Have Millionaires Qualify to Be Your Client

The Country Club Effect took Scott Keffer from six years of chasing as an advisor to 65 millionaire clients. Since 2010, independent advisors have used it to double, quadruple, and 70X their revenue.

The problem we solve

The industry taught you to chase. Millionaires can tell.

The standard playbook — referrals, dinner seminars, networking, chasing the next marketing magic bullet — makes you look interchangeable to the exact millionaires you want most.

Seminars Full of Plate‑Lickers

They come for the steak, not the advice, and have very little money to give you.

Snail’s Pace Growth

Waiting for referrals that rarely come — so this year’s revenue looks just like last year’s.

Copy‑Cat Marketing

You look like every other advisor — because you’re all running the INDUSTRY’s playbook.

One‑Trick‑Pony Marketing

Every new affluent client comes from one source — and if it dries up, so does your growth.

The Wrong Clients Suck Your Time Away

A big book of small accounts eats the hours you need to land affluent ones.

Trapped in Practice Prison

Fifteen‑plus years in, you’re working longer and harder — and taking home less.

When you become an Affluent Client Magnet, your business flips: millionaires qualify to become your client — the way they’d qualify for a country club. You stop chasing. You start choosing.

Who we help

Built for one kind of advisor — and only one

  • Independent financial advisors, looking for a better way.
  • Already producing $250,000+ in annual revenue.
  • Striving for 10‑plus years — and done with incremental growth.
  • Wanting a steady stream of millionaire clients — not more small accounts.
  • Ready to take home more income and take off more time — in that order.

About Scott Keffer

The advisor who failed first

Scott Keffer failed as a financial advisor in his twenties. He took a wholesaler job to pay the bills. Then one afternoon, sitting in the locker room of a prestigious Pittsburgh golf club — a club with a waiting list to get in — it hit him: he’d been chasing prospects. The club never chased anyone. He set out to discover what makes the affluent want to qualify. He discovered the Country Club Effect.

He quit his job and built a practice from scratch with only million‑dollar‑plus clients. Advisors began asking how he did it. FMOs and broker‑dealers paid him to speak to their advisors. In 2010, he put the whole system into a three‑day Boot Camp.

Advisors wanted more, so he built done‑for‑you marketing and selling systems, credibility assets — and private coaching. His mission: equip 5,000 independent advisors to take home more income and take off more time. He lives in Pittsburgh with Beth and their chocolate Lab, Chester.
